Thinking can be very draining on the body’s energy. There are days when a person can literally be thinking too much. It leaves our minds confused and the body weak and exposed to illnesses (because you are straining your body’s immune system). To release this pressure, we all do different things to calm the mind. We go for walks, we cycle, do yoga or Tai Chi. One of the things I like to do is to go for massages. There is nothing like a good massage. With receiving a massage, you can empty the mind and just focus on the sensations moving through your body. There is nothing more therapeutic and calming to the mind, unless you end up at the wrong spa; and that has happened to me a few times.

It is late afternoon. I am walking in a local park. People are walking around, lovers sitting under trees, whispering words of endearment and children’s laughter can be heard in the distance. I walk up to a man sitting on a bench reading a newspaper. I take out my gun and shoot him. Dead.
I am laying in a ditch in Germany. The year is 1941. It is cold the wind is howling and my fingers are numb. A German appears from the bushes, rifle in his hand. I take out my gun and shoot him. Dead.
If we strip away social context, the actions are exactly the same: “I take out my gun and I shoot him. Dead.”

“Cancer is the second leading cause of death in the United States. Half of all men and one third of all women in the United States will develop cancer during their lifetimes.” ยน
Many of us have been unfortunate to experience cancer directly or indirectly; may it be personal, family, friends or colleagues. In my short lifetime I have lost my father and a friend to cancer and 2 of my friends are living with cancer.
Scientists are hard at work, looking for a cure to this disease using everything at their disposal. What I am offering is not a cure to cancer, but maybe the means to finding a cure by using Daoist System Theory (DST).
